Great experience.
Excellent service and interesting food choices.
We had the tasting menu with 9 courses (?) complete with new platings.
Really cool time for our party of four.
Some courses can be spicy and hot - so sensitive pallets be warned.
I really liked the gazpacho but the fish taco took the group's vote for best dish. -

Beautiful. That's all I can say about this meal. Everything was prepared perfectly and lit my taste buds up! I made a reservation (didn't need to) and came at 5pm. I had the restaurant all to myself. The service was top notch, the seating is well spaced and the ambiance is interesting. Ethereal edm music plays in the background but the decor is modern rustic. The food is high quality and came out in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!!

Had an incredible experience dining here with a large group. About half of us did the tasting menu and others ordered a la carte. The tasting menu was 9 courses and a wine pairing was offered. Everything was delicious and carefully crafted. My favorite dish was the baked tomato filled with mole. The ambiance is also noteworthy as were the cocktails and wine pairing - thoughtfully paired and delicious on their own. The service was also great. Very attentive servers who were knowledgeable about the dishes and ingredients and explained them in a non pretentious way. Overall, I would call our experience an approachable fine dining tastebud adventure. I would definitely recommend dining here!!

Such amazing service and the food itself was beyond words. Recommend anyone who is in the city to check it out.

My best culinary experience in Puerto Vallarta. I'm so glad I could show my kids that there are many facets to Mexican food here beyond tacos & tamales. The staff & chefs took such good care of us for my 40th birthday. The tomato cooked for 36 hours will visit me in my dreams for years to come. I wish I had ordered the tasting menu! If you're looking for a unique dining experience as well as food that will blow away your taste buds, go to Tintoque!
